Health N Wellness Services, LLC mission is to optimize and integrate Community Health Care in our school-based health centers in order to service k through high school students by providing medical, dental, optical, mental health care, and nutrition and wellness. We recognize and celebrate cultural diversity and customize and tailor our programs to meet the needs of our families by providing community outreach and health related educational workshops for both students and families.
